2. Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, clients must provide the necessary information, including the address of the office, a list of items to be cleared, and preferred dates for the clearance. We strive to accommodate client schedules; however, availability is subject to demand and may vary.
2.1 Confirmation
Upon receiving a booking request, we will confirm the appointment via email or phone. This confirmation will include details of the services to be provided, the scheduled date and time, and the estimated cost.
3. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in full upon completion of the clearance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the following:

4.1 Access to Premises
Clients must provide access to the office premises during the scheduled clearance time. This includes arranging for keys, security codes, or escorting our team as necessary.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due immediately upon completion of the clearance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
5.1 Late Payments
If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, Office Clearance Heston reserves the right to charge a late fee or pursue other collection methods as necessary.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and secure clearance of office items, Office Clearance Heston is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the clearance process, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their clearance appointment up to 48 hours in advance without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If a client does not show up for the scheduled clearance without prior notice, Office Clearance Heston reserves the right to charge a no-show fee and may prioritize other clients' appointments.
8. Confidentiality
